Implementation Strategy

– Set clear, measurable goals for your program based on these needs.

– Identify and recruit individuals who align with your mission and bring the necessary skills to the table.
– Provide training and orientation to ensure everyone understands their role and the program’s goals

  • Step 3: Develop and Implement Programs
